About Casanova Vineyards
Our Story
We planted Casanova Vineyards in 2011. Bill Brousseau of Testarossa Vineyards helped me through the early stages and then we hired Coastal Range Vineyards to install, plant and manage the vineyard for its first 14 years.
Our Team
My wife Debbie and I are co-owners for the vineyard and I spend many hours every week working the land across the myriad of projects and tasks required... from weed management, irrigation repairs, pruning and canopy management, there's always something to do. Today we've hired House Family Vineyards management team to help manage the vineyard.
Our Products
We grow Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our root stock is mostly 101-14 and our Pinot Clones are 667, 777, 115 and Swan. Our Cab clones are 337 and 412.
Our Vineyard Partner
Through the years we've sold our fruit to a number of vineyards, but since 2019, we've established a wonderful working relationship with House Family Vineyards in Saratoga. They are literally 10 minutes from our Vineyard making the working relationship super simple and allowing me to help process fruit and help out with Winery activities all the time.
